Asian Chef de Cuisine

We are looking for an Asian Head Chef for one of the finest hotels in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The candidate should have previous overseas experience and should be especially strong in Cantonese, Singaporean and Malay Cuisine.

Ideally, a Singaporean/Malaysian national, who has already have worked in the same capacity at an international level with a background in fine dining.

You will be passionate, hands on chef who delights in using fresh ingredients, and in training and mentoring a team of chefs. You will set high standards, have fine attention to detail, and be a great communicator who relates well to guests and staff alike.

We seek someone with flair & creativity that is able to put this new addition to the culinary offerings of the hotel on the top of culinary map in the city.

The position offers an excellent tax free salary, & includes all living expenses, annual flights home, health insurance and so on and is available immediately.
