We are excited to announce the launch of a brand new concept of an interactive and innovative COOKERY SCHOOL onboard one of the World’s Leading Cruise Companies.
The Concept:
The programme will be aimed at attracting guests cruising onboard the vessels to join the various cookery classes.

But more important than that, it’s a place for people who cook to live. Or want to. Because while we make chefs, you make friends. We teach you the tricks of the trade, and you learn a special feeling of mastery and confidence, one we hope you will take home with you. Kids love to be in the kitchen and encouraging them to cook is a great way to build their confidence and self esteem, teach them the value of following instructions, and sharpen their reading, mathematics and listening skills.”
We are looking for the best, the brightest, most lauded, applauded, entertaining
and in-demand chefs for the following positions:
Executive Chef – Programme Manager
Sous Chef – Lecturer
Chef de Partie – Assistant Chef
Programme Co-Ordinator
Requirements:
• Preferred Cruise Ship Experience
• Culinary Qualifications and preferred international work experience and exposure
• Ability to work with guests and children
• Strong Communication skills with guests – salesmanship qualities
Salaries
Paid in USD – To be discussed per position
Travel costs, accommodation, meals, medical insurance, sales incentive
