European Exec Chef

Currently I am assigned to recruit a very professional & hands own EXECUTIVE CHEF & Director of HR for a very prestegious International Hotel chain.

This role is based in China for the opening of this brand's 5* property.

Candidate must have international 5* background on the same positions. Experience within Shangri-la, Ritz Carlton, Sofitel and Four Seasons is highly regarded.

Must be familiar with the latest cuisine techniques with some pre-opening experience (preferable).

Only candidates with experience in regions like Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, France, Germany or China will be considered for these roles. Mainland China experience is highly regarded.

For HR Director role our client preferes PRC national or the one who has extensive experience int he region.
