Sous Chef (with European education and training)
Our Client a 5 star hotel in the Maldives seeks a Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef for its all Day Dining venue with a Mediterranean touch, to join their team.
This would suit ideally an individual that is a good all-rounder familiar with the Mediterranean region and its flavours.
We expect the candidate to have a couple of years experience in a similar position within a hotel operation.
Good communication & leadership skills are essential as well as a dedication to quality service and core standards.
Additional language skills beside English are of welcome and multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for this position.
